CryptoCity is a web application that visualizes blockchain wallets as 3D towers within a dynamic virtual metropolis. Wallet activity — transactions, token holdings, and on-chain volume — determines each tower's height and appearance. By accessing CryptoCity, you accept these terms.

CryptoCity reads publicly available on-chain data for wallet addresses submitted to the platform. This includes transaction counts, token balances, transfer history, and ENS names. We never request private keys or signing authority over any wallet.

Authentication is wallet-address based. You are responsible for the security of your wallet credentials.

CryptoCity currently supports the following blockchain networks:

• +Ethereum (ETH) — full transaction and token data via Alchemy
• +Base — full transaction and token data via Alchemy
• +BNB Smart Chain (BSC) — transaction count, balance, and ERC-20 transfers via Alchemy
• +Solana (SOL) — signature history, token accounts, and recent transactions via Alchemy

Data accuracy depends on blockchain RPC availability. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy of all metrics.

You agree to refrain from:

• +Abusing, exploiting, or attempting to destabilize the platform
• +Scraping or harvesting data from CryptoCity without authorization
• +Deploying bots or scripts to fabricate accounts or inflate metrics
• +Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
• +Using the platform for any illegal activity including money laundering

CryptoCity, its code, design, and branding are owned by the project creators. Your on-chain data is public and remains on the blockchain. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to display your public wallet data as part of the city visualization.

CryptoCity offers optional cosmetic upgrades for purchase. All transactions are final and non-refundable unless mandated by applicable law. Cosmetic items carry no real-world value and exist solely within CryptoCity.

CryptoCity is a visualization and gamification tool. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or endorsement of any token, project, or blockchain. Market data displayed (prices, volume, liquidity) is sourced from DexScreener and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always do your own research.

CryptoCity is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of data, or uninterrupted access. Blockchain RPC limitations or outages may affect the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoCity and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions based on data shown on the platform.

CryptoCity is planning to launch the $CCITY token as the native utility token of the platform. Until the official launch, any tokens using the name "CCITY" or "CryptoCity" are not affiliated with this project. See the token page for the latest information and official announcements.

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Continued use of CryptoCity following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
