Data & Privacy

CryptoCity collects and processes the following data:

• +Wallet addresses you submit or search (public blockchain data)
• +On-chain transaction counts, token balances, and transfer history
• +ENS names and avatars resolved from your wallet address
• +Session data when you authenticate via wallet address

All blockchain data we access is already public on-chain. We do NOT access private keys, seed phrases, or sign transactions on your behalf.

• +Construct your 3D tower in the city based on on-chain activity
• +Display your wallet on the leaderboard rankings
• +Calculate building dimensions from transaction count, volume, and token diversity
• +Deliver notifications you opted into (email)
• +Handle cosmetic purchases through our payment partners
• +Improve the platform and fix bugs

We fetch public blockchain data through these providers:

• +Alchemy — RPC endpoints for Ethereum, Base, BSC, and Solana on-chain data
• +DexScreener — Real-time token prices and market data
• +ENSIdeas — ENS name and avatar resolution

We use the following third-party services:

• +Convex — Real-time database
• +Vercel — Hosting and analytics
• +Stripe — Payment processing for cosmetic upgrades
• +Alchemy / Etherscan — Blockchain data providers

Each service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.

We use cookies for authentication sessions and local storage for user preferences (theme, district selection, radio settings). We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage data. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Your data persists as long as your account is active. Wallet data is refreshed periodically via automated cron jobs. If you want everything removed, reach out and we will erase your account and all associated data.

You are entitled to:

• +View the data we hold about you
• +Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• +Request complete deletion of your data
• +Unsubscribe from email notifications at any time

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Row-Level Security on our database, secure authentication, and server-side API key management. However, no system is 100% secure.

CryptoCity is not designed for users under 13. We do not intentionally gather data from minors under 13. If you suspect a child has shared data with us, contact us for immediate removal.

We may revise this policy at any time. Continued use of CryptoCity after modifications indicates your acceptance.
